What information do we collect?

Some information is optional, but if you choose not to provide key details (like dancer registration info), we may not be able to offer you a place in our programme.

How do we keep your information safe?

Keep in mind: No information sent online is 100% secure. While we do our best, you transmit your information at your own risk.

How long do we keep information?

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it or to comply with legal requirements. For most dancer-related information, this is two years after you leave Jolt, after which we securely delete or destroy the records.

Who do we share your information with?

We do not sell or trade personal information. We only share anonymised information with funders or stakeholders. Identifiable information may be stored or processed using trusted third-party services, including:

·       MYOB:               Accounting application

·       MailChimp:     Newsletter application

·       Affino:               Dancer database

·       Humantix:       Ticketing services

Each of these providers has its own privacy policies and complies with data protection standards.

We may also share information with legal or professional advisors, or regulatory bodies where required by law.

Cookies

Information about our Website and related online applications is also collected by using cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our website and related online applications may store on your device, which helps us improve your user experience. Cookies will not collected identifiable information about you, but may identify your device.
